CrossFit

The CrossFit formula combines consistent training through constantly varied, functional movement with sound nutrition and community accountability to build a program that never gets old.

Our CrossFit classes run for 1 hour and are coach led, following a progressive plan, giving you something new to work on each day.

Junior Club

From ages 8+ we offer 4 days of junior classes.

We split the sessions into either CrossFit or weightlifting to ensure we are able to correct movements for the longevity of the younger athlete.

Weightlifting

Twice a week we have additional weightlifting only classes. Following a structured plan for the everyday member wanting to improve their technique or the higher level athlete wanting to compete.

Open Gym

Can’t make it to one of the classes or wanting to come in and do extras, take advantage of our open gym times.
